WWE’s Kane is a figure who most wouldn’t be too quick to relate to flexibility. However it’s exactly this trait which the man himself credits as being the secret behind his mass success.
For those who are confused by this, he doesn’t mean flexibility in the same context as a say a gymnast or dancer. At seven feet tall and weighing close to 323Ib he’s never going to bend over backwards and touch the floor, but it’s rather the flexibility of his character which Kane believes has enabled him to remain such a big hit.
Speaking to MTV he said: “Well, one thing is we can see, with the suit now, I’m always able to reinvent myself and do different things. I have a lot of flexibility in that area.
“I don’t think that 17 years ago people would be thinking that the monster that didn’t talk would be on T.V and now talking quite a bit.”
Kane has now been a prominent character in wrestling for close to two decades, and many fans will remember him as the mute giant who wore a mask to cover supposed horrific burns which were said to be inflicted by his brother, The Undertaker.
Now though, he maintains a very different persona altogether and, without mask or suit, has become one of the figureheads of the WWE in recent times.
