PSV youngster, Zakaria Bakkali, is being tracked by Arsenal, reports the Metro.

The 18 year old made his way into the first team at PSV this season but is already tipped to become a star in the near future.

The Belgian shot to fame after his hat-trick against NEC Nijmegan at just 17 years and 196 days old, which makes him the youngster Eredivise player to do so.

It was his third game for the club and came in the same week as his first international call up.

The diminutive youngster is also on the radar on Real Madrid and Barcelona, as well as other teams.

An unnamed source at PSV told the Dutch media "Bakkali is a player that Wenger rates highly. Arsenal have kept an eye on him and are aware that other teams want him, so could move in the summer to buy him."

The Belgian is another star to come from the small country that is producing all the best players at the moment, who may get his chance to prove himself in the Premier League very soon.
