The New York Knicks could trade point guard Beno Udrih before today's 3pm deadline.
It was being reported that Iman Shumpert could seal a move away from the New York Knicks, however the shooting guard sprained his left knee which has put his potential move away from Madison Square Garden in jeopardy.
Udrih, on the other hand, has fallen out of favour under Mike Woodson over the last few weeks.
The 31-year-old Slovenian has featured in just one of the New York Knicks' last 14 games.
Udrih did not play in the New York Knicks' latest game against the New Orleans Pelicans, which has heightened speculation he could leave the Eastern Conference franchise in the next few hours.
The Washington Wizards were reportedly keen on signing Udrih in the summer but failed to entice him away from the New York-based franchise.
Udrih has admitted he is relaxed about his future ahead of today's trade deadline.
Speaking to the New York Post, Udrih said on his future: “It’s not in my control.
“I’m here right now. If something happens it happens. We’ll see [Thursday]. Right now I’m going to relax and wait."
