World XI: Greatest team of the 21st Century (12)

Left-wing: Ronaldinho

For several seasons at Barcelona, football's great showman Ronaldinho was unstoppable.

Nobody could touch him at his peak - and many believed he was on course to become one of football's all-time greats, alongside the likes of Diego Maradona and Pele.

Sadly, though, the Brazilian appeared to fall out of love with football during his latter months at Barcelona and was subsequently shipped out of the Camp Nou to AC Milan by Pep Guardiola.

Although he hasn't been the same player since, Ronaldinho has still won trophies and provided more moments of sheer brilliance.

A true footballing genius.
