It seems that retirement hasn't been kind to Ruud van Nistelrooy who found a new love in the form of burgers and chips, developing the nickname "Food" van Nistelrooy in the process.
Van Nistelrooy is, however, now doing all he can to regain fitness in the hope of attracting buyers as he bids to get going once again.
In his pomp he was one of the finest players in the Premier League, with 95 goals in 150 games in the English top flight during his time spent playing for Manchester United.
The Dutch forward retired two years ago, but at the age of 37, is back on the market again.
However fear not - it doesn't seem like Van Nistelrooy will be coming to a ground near you, as Ruud is training to get himself fit to be available in a competition being run by Xbox for gamers all over Europe.
The competition winners will land the former Dutch international for their Ultimate Team, with Ruud promoting his status as a "FIFA Ultimate Team Legend"
There are 42 FIFA Ultimate Team Legends in total who can be bought and sold on a virtual market, but EA Sports are offering the incredible prize of signing Ruud Van Nistelrooy (without the flab) for their ultimate teams.
Players can enter the competition at playlikealegend.com
