Liverpool and Swansea City gave us a cracker of a Premier League match at Anfield on Sunday afternoon at Anfield.

Daniel Sturridge and Jordan Henderson bagged a brace each to prevail 4-3 over the Welsh side, Jonjo Shelvey and Wilfried Bony, also with a brace, scored the goals that brought the Swans back from 2-0 and 3-2 down to draw level.

It was most certainly one of the most entertaining matches we at GMS have seen so far this season and it inspired us to take a look back this season at the other classics.

Luckily for us, there were plenty to go through but it did make picking out the five best a difficult task, however enjoyable the subject matter was.

We took to our task with great gusto and think we have come up with a pretty good list of crackers to have gone down in what is being described a the closest Premier League title race in years.

As ever, this is a subjective list of our favourites, in no particular order, and so we want to hear your opinions on the top five, as well as which games you believe should have been included - just leave a comment below!

So, start the slideshow and see the five best Premier League games of the season so far...
