WWE have today launched a brand new pay-per-view network called WWE Network which will be available on a number of internet-connected devices.
The network will naturally air the popular PPV events such as WrestleMania, Elimination Chamber and Summer Slam. However it will also offer an extensive library of past events which viewers can watch to remember historic moments in WWE and ECW.
The service costs $9.99 a month but a six month commitment is required. Subscribers are billed monthly unless they sign up via iTunes, in which case it is a one-off payment.
WWE Network is currently only available in the United States but will be available in the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong later this year or early in 2015.
WWE have also update their apps for mobile devices so that the brand new network can be viewed on smart phones or tablets.
The Network's first main live events will be the WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony and Wrestle Mania which will be broadcast on the 5th and 6th of April respectively.
