Snoop Dogg says the Raiders should move to LA

Rapper Snoop Dogg had a lot to say about the Oakland Raiders in a recent interview with Bleacher Report

He didn't mince his words as he called the Raiders 'a retirement home for players' and suggested that the franchise should move back to LA.

The west coast hip-hop legend is a massive football fan and notes the Raiders as one of his favourite teams in the NFL.

Snoop has been at the NFL Draft combine this week as a representative of Adidas and took some time out to have his say on the Raiders and their QB situation ahead of the in May.

About the Raiders:

"Oakland, i don't know man, i hate to say it but that's where you go when (your career) is over with. That's like a retirement home for players, when you end your careers or you have bad luck, that's when you sign for the Oakland Raiders.

On moving the Franchise:

"They need to fix that stigma over there. Maybe a change of venue coming to another state, another city. We loved em when they was in LA and LA don't have a football team no more.

We the biggest city in the world, we the most attractive city and we don't have a football team so i hope we get one soon."

On the QB situation:

" I like Pryor, i wouldn't get a quarterback (in the draft). I like Terrelle, i think TP is smart enough and savvy enough to run that as opposed to bringing in another quarterback. They need more options on offense and defense so they should use that pick on one of them."

Strong words from the artist. The Raiders do need to turn around their fortunes, and would a move back to Los Angeles provide that boost?

Snoop was attending the combine to announce his role with Adidas as the brand's Director of Football Development, also announced Adidas' plans to award $100,000 to the player who runs the fastest 40-yard dash in Adidas' AdiZero 5-Star 40 cleat.
