Arsenal have been handed a major boost in their pursuit of the Premier League title as Aaron Ramsey has set his sights on returning to the side for their clash with Tottenham on March 16, reports The Metro

Ramsey was key to the Gunners' title push in the early stages of the season, but hasn't featured for the side since Boxing day after picking up a thigh injury against West Ham United.

And recent reports have even suggested that Ramsey was set to make a return for the club's Champions League Round of 16 second-leg clash with Bayern Munich on March 11.

However, it now appears that a more realistic return date for the Arsenal ace will be against north London rivals Tottenham in a couple of weeks time.

Both Arsenal and Tottenham have it all to play for in the final months of the season. The Gunners, who currently sit just one point behind league leaders Chelsea, will be desperate to end their trophy drought in this campaign.

Meanwhile, Tottenham will be hoping to break into the Champions League places this season, but currently sit six points behind Liverpool who occupy fourth position.

But, as the two sides prepare to go head-to-head on March 16, the return of Ramsey could prove key for Arsenal.
