Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane has urged Juventus star Paul Pogba to join him at the Bernabeu, reports The Express.
Varane, who is Pogba's teammate at international level for France, hopes the Spanish giants make a move for the ex-Manchester United midfielder in the near future.
However, if Madrid are to make a move for the French star, they may have to battle some of the top European clubs in world football for his signature.
His former side Manchester United are just one of the clubs reportedly interested in the star, but Varane wants to see him at the Bernabeu.
"One day I told him to join me at Real Madrid," Varane told French TV programme Telefoot.
"Although obviously it's not up to me who we sign. He's already at a big club in Juventus. I hope we have a great World Cup together in Brazil."
Since leaving Manchester United, Pogba has gained many admirers as he's been a key man for Juventus in the Serie A.
It remains to be seen as to whether Manchester United or Real Madrid do make a move for the midfielder in the next transfer window, but with a £40 million release clause in his contract, the pursuit of Pogba has seemingly just begun.
