4. Brandin Cooks - Wide Receiver -Oregon State

In a wide receiver class top heavy with name brand stars, Brandin Cooks quietly made his mark on the combine, just as he quietly made his mark on the national scene last year.

Cooks was ultra-productive last year at Oregon State, catching 128 passes for 1,730 yards and 16 touchdowns.

He was ultra-fast at the NFL combine, with a 4.33-40, and caught passes extremely well. He's now considered the #2 wide receiver in the draft behind only Mike Evans of Texas A&M.

Measuring at 5'10" 189lbs, he's got a little more room to get bigger for the pro game, and could wind up being a top target for years if he find the right system.
