Every spring there are some stars who come in and impress as expected (Jadeveon Clowney, who excelled at everything), some who come in and only do some of the drills (Johnny Manziel, who has hands the same size as 6'5" Cam Newton, despite measuring just under six feet tall), and some stars who come in and disappoint (Anthony Barr, just 11 reps on the bench press).

Once the big names have their moment, for better or for worse, there are always a few lesser known and smaller school players who blow the combine away.

Here are some of the names you're going to want to know going forward towards the draft, and why you might hear these names early at the annual selection meeting, and often this fall as these players make names for themselves in the NFL.
