As the NBA season continues to gather apace, speculation as to what players will take home the main awards intensifies. However, Blake Griffin has already cast his vote for who he believes deserves the 6th man award... Jamal Crawford.

Griffin and LA Clippers teammate DeAndre Jordan took to twitter today to claim their adoration for Crawford.

Jordan tweeted:"@JCrossover (Crawford ) is 6th Man of the Year for sure...hands down. Who else agrees? #NBA"

and today Griffin responded by re-tweeting Jordan's message and adding "No Doubt!"

Crawford has averaged 19 points per appearance with 30 minutes per game so far this season and has been an integral part of the Clippers team that now find themselves in 4th position in the Western Conference.

The former Michigan player had eight points, one rebound and one assist in 15 minutes of play as the Clippers beat the Houston Rockets last night.

Crawford won the sixth man award in 2010 whilst with the Atlanta Hawks.
