Manchester City defender Joleon Lescott is set for talks with Turkish outfit Besiktas, reports The Metro.
Lescott, who was an unused substitute in City's Capital One Cup final victory over Sunderland yesterday, could be plying his trade in Turkey’s Super Lig next season.
And, if reports are to be believed, Lescott could be handed a deal with Besiktas worth as much as £100,000-a-week.
However it remains to be seen as to whether Lescott opts to move abroad with a number of Premier League clubs also reportedly interested in his signature.
The likes of Tottenham, West Ham, Fulham and Aston Villa have all been credited with interest in the ex-Everton defender in recent time.
And as the season nears its end, Lescott will have to make a decision over his long term future, with it looking increasingly unlikely that he will remain at the Etihad.
However, Lescott's immediate focus will turn to playing his part in Manchester City's quest for the quadruple in this campaign.
