Manchester United keen to sell out-of-favour winger

Manchester United are not interested in sending Nani out on loan next season, but would be keen to sell the Portuguese winger, according to Tutto Mercato Web.

Juventus and Inter Milan are both interested in taking the 27-year-old to Italy this summer, but they will need to pay up in order to secure his services, as the Red Devils will not enter into negotiations over a loan deal.

Nani, it's reported, is open to the idea of leaving Manchester United for an Italian club at the end of the season.

However, United are unlikely to accept any offers until after the 2014 World Cup finals, where Nani is expected to play a starring role for the Portuguese national team.

After signing a new five-year contract in September, the ball is firmly in United's court.

However, David Moyes no longer regards the injury-prone winger as part of his plans, and reportedly wants to offload the former Sporting Lisbon ace as part of his summer clear-out.

Nani has made just 10 appearances this season, scoring one goal, and has only netted one Premier League goal since the end of the 2011/12 campaign.
