Miami Heat star LeBron James has been lavished with praise across the game for his amazing 61-point effort against the Charlotte Bobcats last night, but team-mate Chris Bosh still found time to crack a joke during jubilant post-game scenes.
James hit a career-high nine three pointers at the American Airlines Arena last night as Miami crushed the Bobcats 124-107, breaking both a personal and franchise mark in one fell swoop.
The 29-year-old has worked hard on his three-point game and Miami Heat colleague Chris Bosh was suitably impressed, so much so that he delivered a jovial comparison straight after the record-breaking points haul.
Bosh told the NBA's official website: ''Phenomenal, amazing, stupendous... he reminds me of me."
Heat coach Erik Spoelstra admitted after an NBA-leading eighth-straight win that he nearly took James off in the third quarter, but luckily changed his mind and allowed the four-time MVP to set a new franchise benchmark.
There is no time for Miami to celebrate that amazing game wildly though, with James and co. quickly on a plane to Houston ahead of tomorrow night's clash with the Rockets.
