Brand new Adidas Predator boots revealed

Published Add your comment

Remember when you were younger and the unveiling of a new Adidas Predator boot was something to behold?

In reality all Adidas had done was stumble upon a winning formula of gimmick-ifaction when they launched their first Predator boot back in 1994; that is they whacked a few bells and whistles on a pair of boots and flogged them for hundreds of pounds to long-suffering parents.

But to kids they were something truly remarkable and spectacular; something that could make them bend it like Beckham.

Millions of pairs sold (and ruined by fatties in local parks) later and we appear to have the latest incarnation of the famous football footwear in front of us.

Apparently these fairly hideous boots are called the Adidas Predator Instinct 2014 World Cup Boot.

They'll only be worn at the World Cup next summer and you're likely to see the likes of Lionel Messi and Mesut Ozil strutting their stuff in them all across Brazil.

What do you make of them? Leave your comment in the space below!
