Bayern Munich had to make room for four trophies last season as the Bundesliga outfit won the Champions League as well as pick up all the major honours in Germany.

Here we take a look at how Bayern Munich can become one of the world's dominant forces.

4. Money

Bayern are becoming one of the richest teams in Europe, and this money may well strengthen their squad to increase their European dominance for years to come.

3. Robert Lewandowski

The Polish striker showed his true class last season, particularly against Real Madrid. He is sealing a free, yes free, transfer to Munich at the end of the season. His transfer will strengthen Munich even more.

2. Squad

Mario Götze, Thiago Alcantara and Arjen Robben are only some of the major stars playing for Munich.

Many Bayern players made the FIFA Team Of The Year after winning a treble last season. Oh, and let's not forget top-3 Ballon d'Or player Franck Ribery.

They've got one of the most coveted right-backs in history in Phillip Lahm, and one of the best young stars in David Alaba. Bayern have already started playing tiki-taka in training, and with midfielders such as Bastian Schweinsteiger and Javi Martinez in the side, there is little doubt it wouldn't work effectively.

1. Pep Guardiola

Pep Guardiola is one of, if not the best manager in world football. He's had a glittering managerial career in Spain, and looks to keep winning trophies in Germany. Bayern has virtually already won the Bundesliga, and Dortmund as well as Leverkusen are well behind the pace.
