Sergio Aguero has heaped praise on Manuel Pellegrini in the aftermath of their recent Capital One Cup trophy win.
Manchester City beat Sunderland 3-1 at Wembley on Sunday afternoon and the Argentine has said that Pellegrini's man-management skills have been very important.
Speaking to the Daily Mirror, Aguero said on his fellow South American: "Every manager is different, and with Manuel what he does is he talks a lot to all of us and treats every player the same.
"This is important. He says things to motivate us and that's good. I'm pleased as it is the first trophy for Manuel."
City have been in impressive form since the Chilean has taken over, and have notched big wins over the likes of Tottenham, Arsenal and Manchester United.
They also won their first piece of silverware on Sunday by lifting the Capital Cup and are still in the FA Cup and will overtake Chelsea at the top of the Premier League table on goal difference if they win their two games in hand.
They are also still in the Champions League, but face a difficult task of progression to the quarter finals as they need to cancel out a two goal deficit against Barcelona at the Nou Camp.
Aguero still thinks the treble is possible though, especially under their new manager.
"We've adapted quite quickly to his way of playing and I'm pleased as he's given us a lot of guidance. I'd love to win that [the treble] and I think we can aim for that."
