Marseille line up replacement for Arsenal target

Marseille look set to make a move for goalkeeper Guillermo Ochoa amid speculation Steve Mandanda is set for a summer switch to Arsenal, reports talkSPORT

Ochoa was previously a Liverpool target and is reportedly on Brendan Rodgers' radar once again as he goes in search of a backup for Simon Mignolet

However, the Reds boss may have to battle Marseille for the player's signature in the next transfer window.

And, if the Ligue 1 outfit can bring Ochoa to the club then that could boost Arsenal in their pursuit of Mandanda.

Reports in recent time have linked Arsenal with a move for the French international and it now appears the door could be open for Mandanda to make an Emirates switch.

It remains to be seen as to whether Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger will make a move for Mandanda in the near future, but for now he will be concentrating on Arsenal's hunt for trophies this season.

The Gunners take on Everton in the FA Cup quarter-finals this weekend as they look to end their trophy drought in this campaign.
