Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has refused to rule out a move for Mario Balotelli, reports The Metro.
The Blues boss has insisted that he doesn't know what the future holds amid reports the Italian is unhappy in Milan.
Balotelli had previously worked under Mourinho at Inter, and it remains to be seen as to whether the Chelsea boss will make a swoop for the ex-Manchester city striker this summer.
If Chelsea are to make a move for the forward - who has been rated at £40 million - then they may have to battle Premier League rivals Arsenal for his signature.
The Gunners have been linked with the striker in recent time as they look to improve their front line. Arsene Wenger's side have little in terms of back up to Frenchman Olivier Giroud and Balotelli could be the ideal signing for the Emirates outfit.
Speaking to reporters, Mourinho said: "In football you never know the future.
"Balotelli is with a big club at the moment but you never know the future.
"They want to keep the best players and want to keep the best Italian players. But Mario has already been in English football before.
"I’m not going to be manager of Milan or the Italy national team, but he’s a good kid and somebody I’d like to work with again."
Chelsea are expected to make a move for a striker in the summer and Balotelli would certainly light up Stamford Bridge.
