Luis Suarez has claimed there is no secret to his devastating attacking partnership with Daniel Sturridge.
The Uruguayan international said Sturridge's ability has helped him perform, as opposition defenders have to divert attention to deal with the Englishman as well.
"There's no real secret," he told FourFourTwo.
"The best thing is that defences aren't only looking at what Suarez is doing."
"We create space for each other and for our team-mates to take advantage of. If we're marked then it means someone else isn't."
The pair dubbed as the 'SAS' partnership have been in incredible form this season and have thus far scored goals seemingly at will. They both currently occupy the top two positions of Premier League goal-scorers this season; Suarez on 24 and Sturridge on 18.
Their relationship on the pitch is extremely positive, and Suarez has said they are good friends off the pitch as well.
"Daniel's a great guy, always making me, Lucas [Leiva] and Philippe [Coutinho] laugh by speaking in our languages.
"There were lots of Brazilians at Chelsea so his Portuguese isn't bad, actually. He should do well at the World Cup because he already knows the language. "
Suarez and Sturridge have scored a total of 45 goals between them this season and Liverpool will need them both in top form as they attempt to secure their first league title in 24 years.
Liverpool are currently placed second in the Premier League behind leaders Chelsea.
