Performance analysis in international football is extremely important.
International players need to receive lots of information and tactics in a small space of time.
Gary Neville, Ray Lewington and Andy Scouding give the run-down on how this is possible given the lack of training the players have together.
Video analysis is used to help players understand their own strength and weaknesses and also those of their opponents.
First of all players will watch footage of the previous match and be given feedback on their performance. Then they are shown videos of opposition teams to try and learn more about the way they play.
"We have a big selection of games where we can see the opposition's strengths and weaknesses," said assistant coach Ray Lewington.
"We take all the information and try and process it into a concise detailed clip for the players," added Andy Scoulding. Gary Neville also stressed the importance of this, given the lack of time the manager has with his players.
The video also explains the importance of individual iPads to each player. The iPads have personalised information for each player to digest and retain in time for the next match in order to improve their performance.
