CM Punk did not make a return to WWE at RAW last week as many had predicted, but the superstar will make a non-wrestling television appearance next week when he appears on AMC's 'Talking Dead'
The wrestler was introduced on last night's episode of the hit TV show which discusses the events of 'Walking Dead' another AMC show which airs on Sunday nights.
CM Punk will make his appearance on the 16th March but was introduced last night as 'Super Fan Phil Brooks aka CM Punk.'
Wrestlinginc.com broke the story yesterday and also revealed who he would be appearing alongside: "He'll be on with Yvette Nicole Brown from Community, who he was on with last time, and Melissa McBride, who plays Carol on the show."
He last appeared on the show in November 2012.
CM Punk left WWE in dramatic fashion after being eliminated in the final four of the 'Royal Rumble' on January 26th.
Vince McMahon has announced that Punk is on a sabbatical although it was rumored he would return for RAW in his hometown of Chicago.
