Paul Tisdale: Exeter City

Exeter City awarded Paul Tisdale for his success at Team Bath by naming him as their manager back in 2006 and he has worked wonders at the club.

Despite struggling in League Two this season, Tisdale earned back-to-back promotions for the first time in Exeter's history when they secured a return to League One in 2009.

They're struggling in the fourth tier this year but the club are hopeful they can return to the good times with Tisdale at the helm.
