Mark Yates: Cheltenham Town

Mark Yates was installed as Cheltenham Town manager in 2009 and has gone on to worked wonders at the club despite a small budget.

The 44-year-old plied his trade in the lower leagues as a player but hung up his boots in 2004 and begun his managerial career at Kidderminster Harriers.

During his time at Cheltenham, he had led them to the League Two play-off finals and has secured a play-off place in the past two seasons.
