Karl Robinson: Milton Keynes Dons

Karl Robinson is regarded as one of the brightest managers in the football league after taking charge of Milton Keynes Dons in 2010. 

He coached at Liverpool's coveted youth academy, along with Blackburn Rovers, before he joined the Dons as Paul Ince's assistant.

He has secured top-half finishes, including two-off places, since taking over the reigns and is highly-rated in England.
