Gonzaga's David Stockton at only 5 ft 11 with a MONSTER block

Published Add your comment

David Stockton, son of NBA Hall of Famer John Stockton, sends an emphatic block into the stands for Gonzaga.

Measuring in at only 5 ft 11 inches, its well known that a point guard of his size is not supposed to come up with Sports-Center highlight blocks like that.

David Stockton has followed the same career path as his father, John Stockton was enshrined in basketball immortality in 2009 when he was elected into the NBA hall of fame.

John Stockton remains to this day as the NBA's all time leader in assists and steals.

His son David is currently a senior at Gonzaga University and a point guard on the basketball team, he is averaging 7.6 points for the Bulldogs in his final year of college ball.

David is a great passer like his father and an intelligent student of the game but his ability to send a blocked shot into the crowd has never been recognised until his monster rejection against BYU.
