WWE's Monday night RAW program recorded a slight dip in viewership for the second week in a row following the continued absence of CM Punk.

This Monday's instalment received an average of 4.37 million viewers, which is a 4% drop on last week's figures and, perhaps most concerning of all represents a 9% drop in year on year viewers.

WWE recently launched their own online-based network which enables fans to watch PPV events in addition to a 'vault' of archived shows from down the years.

Although initial reception to the service has been good, it remains to be seen if they can continue to captivate a growing television audience.

WWE's main event of the year, Wrestlemaina is less than a month away and this time of the year is often when WWE receives a boost in figures as story lines toward the big event develop.

Monday's event included big 'Wrestlemania announcements' from superstars such as Hulk Hogan and the Undertaker.
