2. Julian Edelman

The 27-year-old has hardly had the most prolific career, with over half of his five year production with the New England Patriots coming in his final season.

He also caught six of his 10 career receiving touchdowns in 2013, proving that last season was certainly a breakout year for Edelman.

The Browns are the favorites to sign him and their interest is based on the player that Edelman was last season under Tom Brady, rather than the unproductive version of the four seasons previously.

It remains to be seen as to whether or not Cleveland can pull of the coup.
