Manchester United play host to Liverpool at Old Trafford on Sunday and both teams will be desperate to secure all three points.
The Red Devils go into the game 11 points behind their rivals and in great danger of missing out on Champions League qualification.
Brendan Rodgers' side will look to beat United to keep their title hopes alive, however David Moyes' side will have other ideas as they look to climb the Premier League table.
Ahead of the game, Moyes has the majority of his squad available to him and it's expected that he will go with the same back four that kept a clean sheet against West Brom in the Red Devils' last outing.
Marouane Fellaini and Michael Carrick, who also impressed against the Baggies, should start as the midfield pairing.
And in front of that duo, Wayne Rooney, Robin van Persie and Juan Mata are almost guarenteed starters, with Moyes having to choose between the likes of Antonio Valencia, Shinji Kagawa and Adnan Januzaj for the final starting place in his attacking quartet.
Meanwhile as Liverpool look to pick up a positive result at the Theatre of Dreams, the Reds boss looks set to start with a back four of Jon Flanagan, Martin Skrtel, Daniel Agger and Glen Johnson.
Johnson may have to settle for a place at left back, which is why Moyes may opt for the pace of Valenica at right-wing.
England duo Steven Gerrard, who have been exceptional all season, should start in the middle of the park, with Raheem Sterling and Philippe Coutinho occupying the wings.
Unsurprisingly, the SAS look set to start at Old Trafford as Brendan Rodgers will be hoping Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge continue their fine form.
A great battle should take place between two of England's biggest clubs, but which team will come out on top?
