Former NFL wide receiver, Terrell Owens has announced that he will appear on the popular reality TV show Celebrity Apprentice, according to TMZ.
TMZ sports reported earlier today that T.O as he has been known since his playing days, is set to appear on the 14th series of the NBC show.
Owens recently claimed that he could still play in the NFL despite not playing in a game since 2010. The receiver played for the San Francisco 49ers, Philadelphia Eagles, Dallas Cowboys, Buffalo Bills and Cincinnati Bengals in a 16-year NFL career.
He was elected to six Pro-Bowls, scored 153 touchdowns and recorded almost 16,000 yards receiving in his career.
The Celebrity Apprentice started in 2008 and follows the same format as the original show with the candidates performing business related tasks to impress entrepreneur, Donald Trump. Previous winners have included Joan Rivers, Arsenio Hall and Piers Morgan.
The 14th series is slated to start airing later this year.
