Arsenal star Olivier Giroud is set to fall down the pecking order at the club with Gunners boss Arsene Wenger ready to sign two strikers this summer, reports The Daily Mail.
Giroud, who has been the No.1 forward at the Emirates this season, has played a key role in the side's Premier League title challenge.
However it now appears that he could be set to lose his place in the side ahead of next season. With the future of Danish forward Nicklas Bendtner uncertain, Giroud would become Arsenal's only recognised striker, with Theo Walcott and Lukas Podolski often shifted out to the wing.
And it remains to be seen as to which striker's the Arsenal boss targets in the upcoming window, however fans of the north London outfit will be hoping there is more competition in the forward ranks next term.
For now though, Arsenal will turn their attentions to tomorrow's north London derby. The Gunners will be hoping to maintain their charge towards the league title and could all but end Spurs' hopes of securing Champions League qualification with a win at White Hart Lane.
