Arsenal & Spurs XI v Liverpool & Man Utd XI - who wins? (1)

Published 12 Comments

Two of the great rivalries in the Premier League will resume tomorrow as Liverpool take on Manchester United and Arsenal travel to White Hart Lane to take on Tottenham.

Of course, having both games on the same day has inevitably prompted plenty of debate about which game is the best derby of them all.

While Liverpool and Manchester United aren't exactly local rivals, the two dominant teams in England over the past 50 years or more have been going at it hammer and tong for quite some time.

North London neighbours Spurs and Arsenal meanwhile has become an increasingly close contest in recent years and there's always plenty of goals, so fans can be confident of an exciting game tomorrow.

But rather than join the debate about which one is better, we thought we'd take a different look at things a bit differently.

We've picked a best XI from each derby and put the two teams head to head to see which one is stronger.
