Moyes is a man under pressure.

Premier League big boys: Better or worse than last season? (1)

Published Add your comment

David Moyes is a man copping flak from all angles at the moment.

If he thought things couldn't get much worse after Manchester United's Champions League defeat against Olympiakos a few weeks back, he would have realised he was quite wrong after watching his side stumble to a 3-0 defeat against rivals Liverpool at Old Trafford on Sunday.

Since then, there's been plenty of former players and pundits coming out to denounce his reign and suggest he is let go.

It's an issue Manchester United fans are certainly divided on but what is undeniable is that the Red Devils are struggling horribly with a team that cantered to the title last season.

In fact, they've fallen so far that they are 18 points off the top of the table.

Well we think it's about time we try and put Manchester United's struggles in perspective. They may be doing much worse than last season - but who else is too and getting away with it?

And who deserves praise for really stepping up their game from the last campaign?
