NBA stars pick their March Madness brackets

Published Add your comment

March Madness begins in earnest today with the 'First Four' encounters.

And as fans of college basketball across the nation rush to fill in their brackets in time, four NBA All-Stars have had a go themselves.

Steph Curry, Anthony Davis, Damian Lillard, and John Wall revealed their completed brackets to USA Today - and there were some surprises in their picks to make it all the way in 2014.

Both Golden State's Curry, and Trail Blazer Washington Wizard John Wall picked #1 seed Florida to come out in top.

Davis and Lillard however were somewhat clouded by previous associations to teams.

The Pelicans star picked his former school the Kentucky Wildcats to be victorious, whilst Lillard has faith in Weber St. to become the first ever #16 ranked team to take the title.

Another surprise sees Wall (also a former UK player) predict the 2014 incarnation will fall in round three - where is your school spirit John!

All four of the players have great memories from the NCAA tournament and filling in their brackets is all just a bit of fun - but for those of us looking to win big with the $1 billion reward for a perfect bracket...Weber St. really?
