The WWE confirmed late Monday night that Arnold Schwartzenegger is making a return to the WWE.

The bodybuilder/actor/politician will appear in Brooklyn as a guest star of Monday night Raw next week alongside fellow actor Joe Manganiello.

The pair are there to promote new film 'Sabotage' put fans will be hoping the movie stars will get involved in some of the action inside the ring.

This will the be the most recent of many WWE appearances for the former Governor of California.

Perhaps most famously, in 1999 Arnie brought his Terminator A game as he destroyed Triple H on Smackdown.

While the Austrian is now 66 years of age, and top rope action might be out of the question, his recent return to the action movie genre is increasing speculation that he will be involved in some form of wrestling on the night.

And in revealing his appearance on the official WWE website, it seems Schwartzenegger may well be a secret Daniel Bryan fan too.

Manganiello asks him if he is ready to kick some butt next Monday, a question that is greeted with the 'Yes! Yes! Yes!' usually synonymous with the bearded WWE superstar.
