Tottenham have become the latest Premier League side to show an interest in Burnley forward Danny Ings.
Several Premier League sides are said to be keeping a close eye on the 21-year-old as he has had a terrific season with the Lancashire outfit.
Ings, who was named the Championship’s Player of the Year on Sunday, has scored 25 goals for Burnley so far this season.
His goals, which have given Sean Dyche’s side a realistic chance of securing promotion back to the Premier League, have made him one of the most sought-after players outside the top-flight of English football.
Premier League trio Liverpool, Stoke and West Brom are all said to be monitoring the England Under-21 star’s situation at Burnley - along with Tottenham.
The Daily Mail suggest Tottenham have sent representatives to Turf Moor on a regular basis to keep tracks on the former Bournemouth striker.
Reports suggest the only factor stopping Tottenham from making a move for the £8million-rated Liverpool target is that the north London outfit are not sure if he is going to be able to adapt to life in the Premier League.
