Carolina Panthers voted biggest losers in NFL Free Agency

NFL Free Agency has been a frantic affair so far this season.

But while the Denver Broncos and New England Patriots have been making a splash with a raft of new, big money signings some NFL franchises have been left by the wayside.

And ESPN wanted to know exactly who the fans thought had performed worst overall so far.

In a survey carried out this week the Carolina Panthers received a humiliating 52% of the vote - we suspect largely because of their failure to import any receivers capable of complementing quarterback star Cam Newton.

Next up were the DeMarcus Ware-free Dallas Cowboys (29%).

The remaining spots in the top four were filled by the Kansas City Chiefs (10%) and reigning Super Bowl champions the Seattle Seahawks.

Pete Carroll's side recently saw WR Golden Tate criticise the franchise as 'laughable', but did manage to retain the services of Michael Bennett and both they and the Chiefs will be content with their rosters to a point.

There still remains time to turn things around of course, but with a constantly dwindling pool of players available the Carolina Panthers certainly have some work to do to appease fans before the new season.
