Charles Woodson to play for Oakland Raiders again

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

That's the mentality in Oakland right now as veteran safety Charles Woodson has agreed to stay on.

Resigned last season after seven years in Green Bay, Woodson resigns again for another year after being a free agent for a short time.

Woodson, after enjoying great success with the Packers, returned to the Raiders in 2013 and racked up just under 100 tackles, a pair of sacks and one pick.

The Oakland Raiders originally drafter Woodson in 1998 but traded him after repeated injuries in 2005.

Woodson did hint that if he was unable to strike a deal in free agency that he liked then he would likely retire. In fact, it's likely this could be his last year.

With promising things ahead for Oakland and a full season of games under his belt without injury, Woodson could deb on to a great year with the Raiders.
