2: Fabio Coentrao - Real Madrid

Let's face it, Fabio Coentrao was never going to be a superstar at Real Madrid. Whilst undeniably gifted in his versatility, the Portuguese star simply doesn't have the star factor to appeal to the powers that be at the Bernabeu and, as a result, he's struggled.

However it's one thing leaving him out of the squad in favour of Brazil international Marcelo, but another thing entirely to actively be looking to offload him. Rumours suggest Los Blancos are keen to get rid of the full-back in the summer as they see him as a deadweight. For whatever reason is anyone's guess.

The former Benfica man is a real talent and, capable of playing almost anywhere along the midfield, as well as left-back, he just isn't valued highly enough by Madrid.
