Ligue 1 outfit Monaco have no plans to sell star striker Radamel Falcao this summer, according to The Daily Mail.
The Colombian hitman, who is currently out with an injury, is in a race against time to be fit for this summer's World Cup.
Falcao only joined the French outfit last year, however he's been linked to some of the Premier League's elite clubs in recent time. The likes of Manchester United and Chelsea are both reportedly interested in the forward who has been rated at £60 million.
However it now appears that the duo will have to miss out on the signing of Falcao in the summer, and may now have to look elsewhere in the upcoming market.
Both Chelsea and Manchester United could look to improve their forward options this summer, but for now their immediate attentions will turn to tomorrow's Champions League quarter-final draw.
Chelsea booked their place in the last eight of the competition with a convincing 2-0 victory over Turkish outfit Galatasaray on Tuesday night, whilst Manchester United overturned a 2-0 first leg deficit by beating Olympiacos 3-2 on aggregate last night.
The two English sides could even go head-to-head in the quarter-final stage of Europe's elite competition.
