None of that mattered to Hampton, champions of the MEAC, who despite being out rebounded by nine, and shooting under 40 percent from the floor, forced 17 turnovers and and came up with a dramatic win.

Tarvis Williams had 16 points and 13 rebounds, including the go-ahead lay up with just under seven seconds remaining.
