Colorado Avalanche's Andre Benoit will be sore tomorrow

Published Add your comment

Andre Benoit put it all on the line for the Colorado Avalanche but it wasn't enough as they fell to the Boston Bruins 2-0.

The Avalanche played the final five minutes with an empty net which neither they or the Bruins could capitalize on...... not that the Bruins didn't try.

When a shot came towards the Avalanche goal to make it 3-0 he put everything on the line by jumping in front of the puck and will surely be in pain tomorrow due to his courage.

The result means that the Bruins are now the first NHL team to secure a play-off berth and can now cast their thoughts towards the post-season.
