Chelsea star Ramires claims that his side are more than ready for their match against Paris Saint German in the EUFA Champions League, according to SkySports.

Chelsea will face their toughest European opponents yet in their quarter-final tie which begins in the Parc des Princes, with the second leg at Stamford Bridge.

"PSG have great players and so do we. Anything can happen. I hope we can continue the good work we have been doing and that Chelsea advance," Ramires said.

It would be unfair to rule out Chelsea having the potential to advance considering their league form. The Blues sit first in the Premier League table, and currently hold a four point lead over both Liverpool and Arsenal.

However PSG are also riding high domestically, and have established a comfortable nine point lead over their nearest rivals Monaco.

Of course the two sides are also fairly even in terms of their colossal spending power. PSG admittedly had the better result of last summer in managing to bag Edison Cavani to bolster their already devastating front line, but Roman Abrahmovich's millions have assembled a very competitive squad for Jose Mourinho to select from.

It will be hard to tell who will have the upper hand on the other, but if both defences aren't playing to their maximum capabilities then a goal-fest could easily ensue.
