Tottenham Hotspur 3-5 Manchester United

Tottenham were magnificent in the first half against the reigning Premier League champions and the 3-0 scoreline at the break had sparked thoughts of possible embarrassing beating.

However, Sir Alex Ferguson most probably had his famous small grooming appliance turn up to maximum as the Manchester United players came out for the second half at White Hart Lane with a renewed resolve.

It is often remembered as the most sensational comeback, but GMS believes it should also be recalled from the standpoint of the horrified Spurs fans.
