NBA Monday night round-up: LeBron and Bosh save Heat as Bulls top Pacers

LeBron James and Chris Bosh combined in the final two plays of the game to give the Miami Heat a very tight win while the Chicago Bulls came out winners in the Central division showdown with the Indiana Pacers on a night with 10 NBA matches.

Portland Trail Blazers 91-93 Miami Heat

LeBron and Bosh combined in two plays to see Miami through to the win as James hits the final lay-up and Bosh gives game winning block.

James led the game for scoring with a total of 32 points while Chris Andersen led the Heat with 11 rebounds throughout the win.

Damian Lillard tried his best to rally the Trail Blazers to victory in Miami scoring 19 points in the game but it wasn't enough to see off LeBron and the Heat.

Indiana Pacers 77-89 Chicago Bulls

First met fourth in an Eastern conference clash and fourth triumphed by a massive 12 points as the final run to the NBA play-offs began.

Taj Gibson was the big name in this one leading the Bulls and the game in scoring overall with 23 points while Joakim Noah chipped in with eight assists.

Paul George had an impressive night hitting 21 points while Lance Stephenson had 10 rebounds as Pacers fall to a loss ahead of their big game with the Miami Heat on Wednesday.

Brooklyn Nets 104-109 New Orleans Pelicans

The New Orleans Pelicans needed overtime to get past the Brooklyn Nets at the Smoothie King Center.

Tyreke Evans had a great game for the Pelicans as he led the game in scoring and assists with 33 points and seven assists.

Paul Pierce's 24 points helped to force the issue into overtime but it wasn't enough to get the win overall.

Phoenix Suns 102-95 Atlanta Hawks

Eric Bledsoe was the star man scoring 20 points on the night for the Phoenix Suns as they beat the Atlanta Hawks by seven points.

Goran Dragic and Shelvin Mack tied on assists in the game while DeMarre Carroll and Paul Millsap tied on 19 points for the Hawks as they lose to the Suns.

Milwaukee Bucks 96-106 LA Clippers

Ramon Sessions led the game on points scoring 28 but it wasn't enough to help the Bucks get their first win over a tram with a winning record this season.

Blake Griffin's incredible performance for the Clippers saw him score 27 points and get 14 rebounds as he helped the Clippers to victory.

Houston Rockets 100-89 Charlotte Bobcats

Dwight Howard returns for the Houston Rockets and has a big night putting up 10 rebounds in 11 point win over the Charlotte Bobcats.

James Harden was the top performer of the night hitting 31 points and getting five assists to help guide the Rockets past the Bobcats.

Minnesota Timberwolves 92-109 Memphis Grizzlies

Mike Conley led the Memphis Grizzlies as they raced to a big lead over the Minnesota Timberwolves and ran out 17 point winners.

Kevin Love hit 16 points for Minnesota but wasn't able to guide the Timberwolves to victory over a dominant Memphis team.

Detroit Pistons 114-94 Utah Jazz

The Detroit Pistons ran out heavy winners over the Utah Jazz thanks to Rodney Stuckey and Andre Drummond scoring 19 each on the night.

Gordon Hayward hit 32 points for the Jazz which capped a great night for the Guard but it still wasn't enough for a Utah side who fell well short of matching Detroit.

Denver Nuggets 96-117 Oklahoma City Thunder

The Oklahoma City Thunder ran out massive 21 point winners over the Denver Nuggets thanks mostly to Kevin Durant's 27 points.

Ty Lawson hit 25 points of his own for the Nuggets but it wasn't enough as Denver crashed to a heavy defeat on the road.

Philadelphia 76ers 91-113 San Antonio Spurs

The San Antonio Spurs won once again to keep their place on top of the Western conference thanks to Austin Daye's 22 points.

The Philadelphia 76ers move within one game of equalling the NBA record for longest losing streak at 25 despite Thaddeus Young and Michael Carter- Williams both scoring 17 points
