Manchester United midfielder Darren Fletcher will be allowed to leave Old Trafford at the end of the season, according to the Daily Mail.
Fletcher has been used sporadically this season as he missed the first half of the campaign through illness.
The Scotsman could end his lengthy affiliation with Manchester United in the summer if fellow Scotsman David Moyes is able to attract some fresh blood to his side.
Manchester United have been linked with the likes of Ilkay Gundogan, Toni Kroos and William Carvalho during the last few months as Moyes has identified his midfield as a major weakness in his faltering side.
Fletcher, whose current deal ends at the end of the next season, is already behind Michael Carrick and Marouane Fellaini in Moyes' pecking order.
The 30-year-old could be among several players destined to leave Old Trafford at the end of the season - with Patrice Evra also rumoured to be among the stars likely to depart the Premier League champions in the summer.
