Total debt: $83million
Juventus' debt stems primarily from the $163million construction of their new stadium, and places them in ninth place on the list, despite the fact they too are regarded among Forbes' 20 richest clubs in the world.
The move is destined to improve their financial stability in the long-term, with the Juventus Stadium one of only two grounds in Serie 'A' owned outright by the club occupying the infrastructure.
It means that Juventus stand to earn all of their match-day revenue, while rival clubs continue to pay rent and loan fees for the use of their stadium.
