Chris Jericho has revealed that he's never thought of himself as a wrestler, reports wrestlinginc.com.
The WWE superstar, who is currently on tour with his band Fozzy, has revealed that he sees himself as an entertainer.
Y2J is currently looking to promote his upcoming Wizard World appearance and has been asked by the News Magazine Network which is harder, professional wrestling or music.
The superstar responded by saying: "It's all hard. And it's all show business. I've never considered myself a wrestler. I consider myself an entertainer. Anything that falls within that show business umbrella I feel I can do. That's how I set my goals."
And Jericho went on to reveal that music is currently his priority and that he will only be making a handful of WWE appearances.
He continued by saying: "My priority now is with my band, Fozzy. I do so much touring with the band that my WWE wrestling appearances for now are far and in between. I still enjoy it. When I feel there's something interesting to me I'll get back in wrestling, but for now I'm plenty busy with everything I'm doing."
This will come as a blow to the 'Wrestling Universe', as Jericho is a house hold name within the industry.
For now though, WWE fans will be gearing themselves up for WrestleMania XXX, which is set to take place at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana on April 6.
A number of high profile matches are set to take place at the 'Grandest Stage of them All', with Brock Lesnar set to take on The Undertaker.
